Greek Yogurt Sundae

Ingredients .5 cup plain Greek Yogurt 6 apple slices 3/4 c. granola 3tbs maple syrup Directions 1. microwave Apple slices for 30 seconds or until tender 2. place Granola into bowl 3. place slices evenly on top of Granola 4. place plain yogurt onto slices. 5. drizzle the maple syrup on top and serve immediatly

Sweet Greek Fruit Dip

Ingredients: .5 cup plain greek  yogurt 1/4tsp cinnamon 1/8tsp ginger 1/4 tsp turmeric 2tbs honey Strawberries or other fruit for dipping directions: Place yogurt and spices into a bowl, mix well. drizzle honey into yogurt, mixing one tablespoon in at a time. Serve immediatly with strawberries, or chill in refrigerator. calories( dip only): ~185
