Bai Antioxidant Drink

Bai Sparkling Antioxidant Infusion drink is a great alternative when trying to eliminate  soda. It is carbonated, and comes in many intriguing flavors. Amongst them are Jamaica Blood Orange, Waikiki Coconut Lime, and Peru Pine Apple.

This drink contains antioxidants. One is vitamin C, which is very important when it comes to the immune system. The next is Polyphenols. Polyphenols is not very well known to the populace. However, these antioxidants have a really intriguing property. They reportedly help to reduce inflammation, and can even help reduce free radicals, amongst other claimed benefits.

The final antioxidant this drink contains is Chlorogenic Acid from Coffee fruit and white tea extract. This acid reportedly helps with energy, and blood pressure. It may be helpful for those dealing with being overweight.

However, due to its relation with caffeine, it is recommended that those who do not respond well with caffeine, or have anxiety/ IBS or other health issues ( click link to learn about other possible effects) take precaution when consuming caffeine products. Also do not consume caffeine products in a high amount as it can cause/worsen those symptoms.

It does contain Erythritol( a sugar alcohol many use to sweeten in place of regular sugar). It but also contains stevia extract(an extract from the plant Stevia rebaudiana intended to sweeten products).
